By accessing and using the services provided by Steam Master Charlotte, including our website and SMS messaging service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Steam Master Charlotte provides professional steam cleaning services including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, auto interior detailing, and related communications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

We offer two separate categories of SMS communications, each requiring distinct consent:

3a. Transactional Messages (Required for SMS service)

By checking the "Service Messages" consent box, you agree to receive:

Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
Service status updates and scheduling notifications

3b. Marketing Messages (Optional, collected separately)

By checking the "Promotional Messages" consent box, you separately agree to receive:

Promotional offers, seasonal specials, and discounts
Marketing communications about our services

Marketing consent is entirely optional and independent of transactional consent. You may opt in to service messages without opting in to promotional messages.

For both categories:

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
Compatible with all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others)

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time:

Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS
Reply HELP for customer support information

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again by texting START.

5. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information
You agree not to misuse our services or interfere with their operation

6. Service Disclaimer

While we strive for the best results, certain stains, damage, or wear may not be fully reversible. Steam Master Charlotte is not liable for pre-existing damage, color loss in worn carpet, or conditions beyond our control. Our satisfaction guarantee covers re-cleaning of areas that don't meet our quality standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steam Master Charlotte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
